DIY Wedding photo booth created on Root 4

I thought I would share my current work in progress project, DIY photobooth for our up and coming wedding.

The plan:

  1. Be self contained
  2. Be unique
  3. not cost more than renting one
  4. Use tool I have available (CNC, 3D printer and hand tools)
  5. Simple to use
  6. No wires

Thing left to do:

  1. Setup software.
  2. Develop Neopixel Display software (bottom display)
  3. Create LED controller (down facing lights on underneath of shelf)
  4. Run wiring through the leg (Leg has concealed cable routing through the inside of them)
  5. Cable management in side
  6. Add lock
  7. Add Photo printer and Flash cannon.

I’ll post more as the project progresses
