Ich habe alle Teile fertig gedruckt und auch (bis auf die Grundplatte) alle anderen Teile besorgt, oder schon da gehabt. So langsam geht es an das zusammenbauen. Bei dem Teil Z_Axis_LinearRailMount dachte ich erst, das etwas beim drucken falsch gelaufen ist. Unten kommt das 608 Lager hin, wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe. ein 608 hat einen außendurchmesser von 22mm. Die Aussparung für das Lager in der Datei ist 19,5mm. Entweder ist die Öffnung zu klein, oder das Lager zu groß.

I finished printing all the parts and also got all the other parts (except for the base plate) or already had them there. Assembling is slowly going on. With the part Z_Axis_LinearRailMount I thought at first that something went wrong when printing. Below is the 608 bearing, if I understand correctly. a 608 has an outside diameter of 22mm. The clearance for the bearing in the file is 19.5mm. Either the opening is too small or the bearing is too big.
It looks like I’ve done an update to the part based on my experiences but not updated the files on Github (I have since updated them) and I guess you’ve printed the original file? if that’s the case then you will need to purchase a 698-2RS bearing for this position.
Das neue Teil ist gedruckt und verbaut. Leider ist jetzt erstmal wieder Baustop. Es fing damit an das einige Schrauben aus der BOM zu lang waren (habe zum glück ein paar andere da gehabt ). Was ich jedoch nicht auf Lager liegen habe ist ein FK10 Lager. Laut BOM werden 3 benötigt. Diese 3 habe ich auch Bestellt. Beim zusammenbauen habe ich entweder etwas falsch gemacht, oder es werden 4 von diesen Lagern gebraucht.

The new part is printed and installed. Unfortunately, construction is now halted again. It started with some screws from the BOM being too long (luckily I had a few others with me). However, what I don’t have in stock is an FK10 bearing. According to the BOM, 3 are required. I also ordered these 3. When assembling I either did something wrong, or 4 of these bearings are needed.
Do you have a list of the bolt which were too long?
